Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

-  Augmenter le chiffre d’affaires par l’acquisition de nouveaux clients directs et indirects.

-  Augmenter le chiffre d’affaires par la diversification de la part de clients directs.

-  Préparer et contacter chaque prospect par e-mail personnalisé ou téléphone

À noter que l'essentiel de ce poste sera consacré à la prospection de nouveaux clients, en France et à l’international.

Profil recherché :

Vous êtes apprécié(e) pour vos excellentes compétences relationnelles, rédactionnelles, votre adaptabilité et votre sens de l’organisation. 

Polyvalent(e) et méthodique, vous faites preuve de rigueur et de réactivité dans la gestion et le suivi de vos dossiers. La maîtrise des outils CRM est indispensable pour ce poste.

Un très bon niveau d’anglais est indispensable, la majorité de nos clients étant anglophones. 

Nous recherchons un profil ayant au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine commercial, avec une expertise en prospection, et idéalement une connaissance du secteur de la traduction.

Des déplacements ponctuels en France ou à l’international peuvent être à prévoir.

Main activities and tasks:

 Language projects:

-  Project life cycle:

• Understanding and following instructions and specifics of the project and the affiliated account;
• Provision of the requested service in accordance with the procedures;
• On Time Delivery;
• Ensure the follow-up requested by the PMs.

- Technical knowledge of cat and QA software: MemoQ, Trados, MemSource and Wordfast. Xbench, QAD, Snellpell;

- Fluency in the language pairs, fields and styles of translations provided.

 Quality management:

• Regular reading of quality reports, feedbacks and/or complaints;
• If applicable, preparing quality reports and sharing feedbacks in case of proofreading or quality control.

Communication:

• Constant communication with Project Managers.

Hard skills:

• Proficiency in IT and cat tools;
• In terms of translation: ability to translate content and solve language content understanding problems, ability to transpose content into the target language in accordance with the client-PST agreement;
• Linguistic and editorial skills in the source language and in the target language;
• In terms of research, acquisition and processing of information (with experience in handling research tools, effective use of available sources of information);
• Cultural: use of information and terminology related to behaviour, local values, and culture;
