Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

• Favoriser le développement des collaborateurs pour répondre au projet d’entreprise.
•  Favoriser la préparation de projets sur MemoQ afin de maîtriser la gestion terminologique et de mémoires de traductions des clients.
• Être réactif et disponible pour toute demande entrante en respectant le cahier des charges du client.
• Piloter une gestion de projet qui respecte le cahier des charges initialement établi pour le client.
• Augmenter le chiffre d’affaires par la diversification de la part des clients directs.

Profil recherché :

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 en Gestion de projets de Traduction ou en Traduction avec une formation en gestion de projet.  

Nous recherchons un profil ayant au moins 1 an d’expérience en gestion de projets et idéalement une connaissance du secteur de la traduction.

Vous êtes apprécié(e) pour vos excellentes compétences relationnelles, votre résistance au stress, votre esprit d’analyse ainsi que votre sens de l’organisation. 

Polyvalent(e) et méthodique, vous faites preuve de rigueur et de réactivité dans la gestion et le suivi de vos dossiers.

Un niveau d’anglais courant est attendu sur le poste.

Profil recherché :

Vous êtes apprécié(e) pour vos excellentes compétences relationnelles, rédactionnelles, votre adaptabilité et votre sens de l’organisation. 

Polyvalent(e) et méthodique, vous faites preuve de rigueur et de réactivité dans la gestion et le suivi de vos dossiers. La maîtrise des outils CRM est indispensable pour ce poste.

Un très bon niveau d’anglais est indispensable, la majorité de nos clients étant anglophones. 

Nous recherchons un profil ayant au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine commercial, avec une expertise en prospection, et idéalement une connaissance du secteur de la traduction.

Des déplacements ponctuels en France ou à l’international peuvent être à prévoir.

Formation / Diplôme : Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+3 à Bac+5 en commerce ou management.
