How should I contact my Project Manager? | Please use the adress mail pms@transeurope.com to contact the PM in charge of your job and put the reference of your job in object (ex: O-xxxxx-FME-xxx) |
What is the reference for my job ? | You should see a title for your job that appears like this O-xxxxx-FME-xxx. If the title begins with Q-xxxxx-FME-xxx it means the project is still in Quote stage and should be replaced by another reference beginning with O ("O" for Order) as soon as the project is confirmed. |
